The goal of the Summer School
is to offer school-age children the opportunity to use part of the summer vacation in personal development and beneficial activities. These activities aim at promoting a strong sense of Islamic identity, teaching proper behavior, enrichment of religious knowledge, exposure to Islamic heritage, and development of interpersonal communication among students. These goals shall help counter activities deemed by most parents as non-beneficial, if not harmful, such as spending countless hours watching TV, playing video-games, etc…
We teach Quran, Arabic, Islamic studies and Al Qaida An-Nooraniyah to the students. There are also indoor and outdoor activities as well as weekly field trips.
Summer School happens 4 days a week.
During Ramadan, the hours are from 1:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.
Regular hours are from 11:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
